Police investigating as victim shows up at hospital after Kingsessing shooting
Police were investigating the scene of a shooting along 57th Street in Philly’s Kingsessing neighborhood, early Tuesday after, officials said, a victim suffering from a gunshot wound walked into a local hospital.
According to police, the investigation began after a victim walked into a Philadelphia area hospital at about 4:25 a.m. on Tuesday.

The person was listed in stable condition.
Officials said the individual was injured in a shooting that happened about a half hour earlier along the 2100 block of South 57th Street in Philadelphia’s Kingsessing community.
Police did not immediately provide further information on this incident or how it unfolded.
