Man arrested, charged in Cherry Hill shooting that injured 61-year-old man
A man was arrested on Thursday in connection with a shooting that left a man injured in the parking lot of the Liberty Bell Bank Plaza in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, a day before.
Terrance Roberts, 52, is facing multiple charges, including first-degree attempted murder and second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, after officials said he shot and injured a 61-year-old man at the shopping center on April 15.
According to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, investigation revealed that Roberts, who was driving a vehicle, pulled right next to the victim’s car and shot him in the parking lot.
After reviewing surveillance video, detectives said they were able to track Roberts’ car back to his home.

The victim, who was not identified, was reported to be in stable condition.
Roberts was then taken into custody and charged in connection with the shooting.
“The quick response, diligent police work, and our effective technology investments proved invaluable as we were able to identify and take this offender into custody without further incident,” said Chief Ostermueller. “We would like to thank the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office for their continued partnership in supporting our mission of protecting the residents of Cherry Hill.”
