Suspect arrested in deadly double shooting in Liberty City, police say
A shooting in Liberty City on Saturday sent one man to the hospital and left another man dead, police said.
According to Miami Police, officers at around 12:10 p.m. received reports of several shots that were fired at Northwest 17th and 54th Street.
At the scene, officers found two men in their 20s, and one of the men was pronounced dead, while the other man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Their identities were not released.
Police said a suspect was taken into custody, but did not release their name or the charges they are facing.
