Tyreek Hill says he's ‘going to Disney World' after settling influencer's lawsuit

Former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has settled a lawsuit from a social media influencer who claimed the NFL superstar intentionally broke her leg three years ago.

The suit had been filed in Broward County by Sophie Hall, an influencer and model with more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram.

The civil trial began with jury selection on Wednesday and testimony on Thursday but on Friday it was announced that a settlement had been reached.

Hall agreed to dismiss her assault and battery claims and Hill agreed to settle her negligence claim.

“I’m going to Disney World,” Hill said as he left the courtroom.

The incident happened back in 2023 at Hill’s home in Southwest Ranches.

The suit claims Hill had been knocked backwards by Hall during a football lesson and he “became enraged, and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg, requiring surgery with orthopedic reconstruction and hardware implantation.”

Hill had denied causing her injury and said Hall was herself negligent.

Hill, 32, was released by the Dolphins back in February after four years in Miami and remains a free agent.
