Teen inmate killed by prisoner inside Pa. prison, police say
An inmate was murdered inside the York County Prison last week, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Officials launched an investigation after 19-year-old inmate Jacob Brady was killed inside York County Prison located on Concord Road in Springettsbury Township on April 14.
An autopsy on Brady found that he died from blunt force trauma and strangulation, police said.
Detectives explained that it is believed Brady was killed by another inmate at the prison.
No word yet on if a suspect has been identified or what led to the death of Brady.
