Pa. officer collides with another car during emergency call, source says
An officer responding to an emergency call was involved in a collision with another vehicle on Thursday night, according to a source.
The crash happened on May 7 at the intersection of Lancaster Avenue and King of Prussia Road as the officer was responding to a call about an intoxicated suspect who had run away, the source told NBC10.
The Radnor Township police cruiser and a sedan collided causing the officer and the other driver to be left with non-life-threatening injuries, the source said.
SkyForce10 was over the scene around 10:30 p.m. where a grey sedan could be seen with extensive front end damage as it was jammed half way onto the grass facing the wrong direction.

A little further up the road, a Radnor Police Department car had its flashers on and appeared to have some damage to its rear bumper.

Several other police cars were at the scene with their emergency lights on blocking the intersection as emergency crews conducted their investigation.
The intoxicated suspect was later caught and has been taken into custody, the source said.
