LIVE RADAR: Fog expected to continue in South Florida

South Floridians on Monday morning woke up to heavy fog that reduced visibility in areas like Kendall, West Miami, and Homestead.

Later tonight, more fog is likely as winds calm and temperatures fall into the low-70s. As the sun comes up, the fog quickly lifts and more sunshine returns.

Winds are calm, but a light breeze should pick up with gusts near 10 mph. Overall, another warm and slightly humid day is anticipated with lots of sunshine.

The heat and humidity may trigger a few spotty storms on Monday afternoon. Not everyone will get in on the action, but temperatures reach the mid- and upper-80s. The majority of the storms look to stay inland.

Tuesday, more hit-or-miss storms are anticipated, but overall, the majority of South Florida stays rain-free. High temps remain in the mid- and upper-80s.

Dry air works in, and overall, this week will be rain-free but hot. A dry pattern features temps in the upper-80 the and reaching near 90 degrees heading into the weekend.
