1 dead in overnight shooting in Dania Beach, deputies say
An overnight shooting in Dania Beach left one person dead, deputies said.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, on Friday night, deputies received reports of a shooting near the 800 block of Northwest Second Street.
Once at the scene, deputies found a man who had been shot, and he was taken to the hospital by fire rescue crews.
The man then succumbed to his injuries, deputies said.
His identity was not released.
No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
