Man and female detained after woman found shot in NW Miami-Dade, deputies say
A man and a female were detained after a woman was found shot in northwest Miami-Dade on Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
Deputies responded to the shooting shortly after 1:30 p.m. in the area of Northwest 90th Street and 22nd Avenue in the area of West Little River, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said.
The deputies found the woman who’d been shot, and she was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.
A man and a female were detained, officials said. The identities of the people involved haven’t been released.
Officials haven’t given any other details about the shooting. The incident remains under investigation.
