FBI believes foul play was involved in Pa. man's disappearance
The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or people involved in the disappearance of a Pennsylvania man who has been missing for several months.
Isiah Jenifer, 29, was last seen during the afternoon of Aug. 28, 2025, when he entered a vehicle in Folcroft, Pennsylvania. Officials believe he traveled to Chester City, Pennsylvania, that day. He has not been seen or heard from since then. Investigators believe foul play may have been involved in his disappearance.
Officials said Jenifer has ties to Folcroft, Chester and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania as well as Wilmington, Delaware.
Jenifer is described as a Black man with brown eyes, weighing 160 pounds and standing between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 9 inches tall. Jenifer has multiple small tattoos on his right forearm including money symbols, a skull with a hat and open mouth with teeth, the word “rats,” and a star on his right hand between his thumb and pointer finger.
Jenifer also has multiple tattoos on his left forearm including initials, possibly “RMP,” a money symbol with fire and the letter Y.

If you have any information on Jenifer’s whereabouts or anyone involved in his disappearance, call the FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office at 215-418-4000, your local FBI office, the nearest American Embassy or Consulate. You can also submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
